Founding Partner of Parnassius, Gilles Collard is a corporate lawyer ‘deal-oriented’, with outstanding academic and practical credentials. He practised namely with Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkkpatrick and NautaDutlilh before launching his own Law Firm in 2011. He is Assistant-Professor in Corporate, Finance and Commercial Law (Prof. Xavier Dieux) at Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) since 2002, PhD candidate in European Corporate and Finance Law (UCL-ULG) and the author of several publications and seminars in Banking & Finance Law, Corporate and Business Law.
